Webcomm Registration

Commencement registration on Webcomm opens October 18 and closes December 7.

The Webcomm Internet registration address is: http://info001.csusb.edu/webcomm/index.html

All eligible students will receive a commencement registration postcard by October 18. Make sure your address is correct with student records. If you cannot log into Webcomm you may not be eligible to register.

Undergraduate students must also file a graduation check by October 31 to appear in the Commencement Program. Undergraduate Students, if you cannot log in to Webcomm and you think you are eligible to participate in commencement, please contact Carolyn Smith at (909)537-5219.

Graduate students must file a graduation check and be cleared by the graduate coordinator for your program by October 31 for your name to appear in the Commencement Program. Please contact Graduate Studies at (909) 537-5058 if you have any questions.

Review the Webcomm Registration Instructions and Commencement Information. After logging in, eligible students will need to complete an Official Commencement Name Card and Post-Graduate Plans Survey. Make sure to print out the invoice and either mail/present it to the Bursar's office along with payment for the $35 commencement fee, or pay via credit card on CASHNetŪ Smartpay at http://admnacct.csusb.edu/bursar.htm

A $35 charge will be posted to your account within 24 hours of your successful commencement registration.

If you register to walk in commencement and do not participate, you will not be able to walk at the next scheduled ceremony unless you pay another $35 to cover the costs associated with manual registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Student Participation in Multiple Ceremonies

Students earning multiple degrees can be awarded more than one degree at a single commencement ceremony. Students are also allowed to participate in more than one commencement ceremony in a single academic term.
