Seating

Guests will be allowed to enter the Coussoulis Arena one hour before the start of each ceremony.

Once inside the arena, all guests must be seated and remain seated throughout the ceremony. Seats cannot be reserved. Guests are not allowed to enter the floor level of the arena to take pictures. A special area has been designated to take photographs and videotape recordings on the upper level of the arena.

Seating for individuals with special needs is available. Guests with special needs are invited to enter the arena when they arrive. Due to limited capacity, only one family member may accompany the guest to the seating area. Wheelchairs will be available only to assist mobility-impaired individuals to a seat inside the arena at the booth for Students with Disabilities, located at the top of Coyote Drive between lots E and G. Carts will be available there to transport guests with walking disabilities to the arena doors.
